Bird Blogs that I Love… and More.

I am flattered to have been nominated for the Sunshine Award by fellow blogger onesweetiepea! Her blog is a great look into life with birds, especially smaller ones like her lovely  budgies. We all know that even tiny birds have  enormous personalities! I myself started this blog because I love my pets, am addicted to reading bird blogs, and personally hoped to use this as a kind of a journal for my avians. I also use it to post about some issues in pet ownership that I feel pretty strongly about. WordPress is a wonderful way to share thoughts and experiences, and connect with people.

The Sunshine Award is to award ‘bloggers who positively and creatively inspire others in the blogosphere.’ The rules are as follows:

1.  Thank the person who gave you this award and write a post about it.

2.  Answer the questions below.

3.  Pass on the award to 5-10 fabulous bloggers, link their blogs, and let them know!

Here it is:

Favorite colour –  Red.

Favorite animal – Birds! Or cats… or horses.

Favorite number – Er, thirteen?

Favorite drink – Hmm… Bulmer’s Red Cider, definitely.

Facebook or Twitter – I’m not a particular fan of either; Twitter is, however, better for whoring yourself out to your industry networking, and Facebook for connecting with friends and family in faraway places.

Your passion(s) – Music, birds, and art.

Giving or getting presents – Giving.

Favorite day – One where I’m breathing.

Favorite flowers – Bleeding Hearts.

My nominees – blogs I love:

Thanks again to onesweetiepea – and no pressure to the bloggers I’ve linked. I know this is chain-letter format, which ordinarily I’m not keen on… But it’s definitely a great way to share blogs you like, and it’s also a nice thought! Think of it as a way to pass on (and circulate) what you enjoy. Have fun! I’d better go take care of a certain blue parrotlet who is screaming ‘PEEKABOO’ at the top of his lungs.
